Beaker is the online community for life sciences professionals providing functionally specific social networking, online education and training, and multi-media supported job postings. For life sciences employers, Beaker offers an opportunity to market their companies and organizations as potential career destinations to Beaker?s community of users. Springboard Consulting primary focus was to create the design specifications for and manage the implementation of the Beaker and BeakerBoardroom websites. Our consulting services also included vendor selections, quality assurance testing, site modification coordination and operations documentation.
Desert Showcase Landscaping a full-service design and build landscaping company. In our first project with Desert Showcase Landscaping, Springboard Consulting was retained to manage the production of marketing materials which included the design of business and rack cards along with selecting a cost-effective print vendor. Our second project is in process and includes the development and implementation of a newsletter strategy and professional networking strategy.
Western Refining is one of the nation?s largest independent oil refiners which also owns and operates both a wholesale division for fuel and lubricants as well as approximately 160 convenience stores and gas stations located in the Southwest. Western Refining retained Springboard Consulting to conduct a process and gap analysis of the tax compliance reporting systems and procedures used within the Wholesale Division. The goal of the project was to identify key procedural and system components, determine weaknesses and provide recommendations to create process improvements, reporting efficiencies and reduce the risk of non-compliance.
Prometheus is a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on the treatment, diagnosis and detection of gastrointestinal, autoimmune and inflammatory diseases and disorders. Springboard Consulting managed the design, created the stock photography, and managed the production of Prometheus Laboratories corporate video.
Dove Missions has been bringing volunteers to work with the impoverished men, women and children of Puerto Plata since 2002. Dove Missions volunteers work directly with the children and families to teach English, facilitate values education, assist in vocational training, distribute donations of clothing, food and personal hygiene items to impoverished families, handicapped children, orphans, and new mothers. Dove retained Springboard to create and manage their email marketing campaigns.
